About Troy

Troy Lavigne is a highly skilled professional in massage therapy, specializing in techniques like KinesioTaping, Orthopedic/Sports, Pediatric, and Lymphatic Drainage. He has a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of Education for the Colorado AMTA from 2016 to 2023. Troy is also a published author and researcher who hosts a podcast called The Sensory Approach to Manual Therapy.

He started his own massage clinic in Boulder, CO, in 2005 and has worked with various renowned teams and organizations, including the Colorado Rapids U-23 Team, Trek Factory Racing and Cannondale Facotry Racing. In addition, he has provided massage care for children with special needs in India and continues to work with the pediatric population regularly.

Troy is also dedicated to educating others and has developed courses like the Sensory Approach to Manual Therapy. He has taught and shared his expertise in numerous hospitals, universities, and colleges worldwide.
